According to our private sources, Luqman was on his way to the occupied city of Azaz with the aim of repairing his agricultural tractor, on Wednesday, April 8, when members of the so-called security checkpoint arrested him at Azaz city entrance on charges of dealing with the former Autonomous Administration.
