The pro-Turkey “Nur al-Din al-Zenki” militia assaulted and humiliated a Kurdish citizen for demanding his father’s seized house, which had been seized by the aformentioned militia members, and threatened to expel him from his village if he lodged a complaint with the Turkish authorities.
According to our special sources, “the citizen, “Jamil Naasan” from the village of Ramadiah – Jindires district, asked the Turkish authorities for his house, which was seized by a militant of “al-Zenki” militia (the brother of the leader who controls the village).”
“The citizen “Jamil” and his son, “Mohammed” were summoned to the Sharia court of the “Al-Zinki” militia in the town of Jindires.” the sources added.
The court decided to return the house with compensation of the gunman in the amount of 550 dollars, on the pretext of an allowance for expenses, even though he has been living in it for free, without paying the rent, for four years.
However, the militia seized 300 olive trees, belonging to his brother, the forcibly displaced citizen, “Othman Naasan,” which was managed by “Jamil” under a regular legal agency, noting that the same militia seizes the house of “Othman” as well.
In the end, the militia threatened the citizen “Jamil” to expel him from the village if he filed a complaint again with the Turkish authorities.
