Despite paying fine, “Military Police” refuses to release two Kurds in Jindires, Afrin

The pro-Turkey “military police” militia refrains from releasing two brothers in the town of Jindires, despite a decision issued to release them after paying of a fine of 5000 Turkish lira by their familie.

The “Military Police” judge in the town of Jindires issued a decision to release the citizen “Yekbon Ali” and his brother “Khandofan Ali” and imposed a fine of 5000 Turkish lira on both of them, knwing that they were arrested on charges of dealing with the former Autonomous Administration in Afrin.

Despite the fact that their families paid the specified fine, the “Military Police” militia administration did not release them, in an attempt to collect more money and bribes from their family.

On September 30, 2021, Turkish intelligence, in cooperation with the “Military Police” militia, arrested five Kurdish employees working in the “Maydanki Dam” Foundation, on charges of working with the former Autonomous Administration, and they are (Yakboon Ali – Rashid Dodakh – Imad Jumaa – Azad – Darwish). The next day, four of them were released, while the 42-year-old citizen “Yakbun” remained in detention.

After a while, the “military police” militia arrested his brother, the citizen “Khondavan Ali” from his home on charges of belonging to the People’s Protection Units (YPG) during the Autonomous Administration period.
