On April 21, the Turkish-backed “civil police” militia arrested three citizens in Bulbul district, without clear charges against them.
Our reporter stated that the “Civil Police” militia arrested “Manan Bilal Hamo” 40 years old, “Dian Bilal Hamo” 36 years old, and “Ramzi Rashid Hamo” 27 years old, from Dike village in Bulbul district, and took them to the prison in the town of Bulbul.
Arbitrary arrests continue against the indigenous Kurdish residents of Afrin by the Turkish authorities, as cases of arrest and kidnapping since the beginning of this April, have reached about 42 people.
