On the 27th of last March, the Turkish authorities arrested 4 Kurdish citizens from their homes in the villages of Dargire in Mobata / Maabatli district, and took them to their headquarters in the district center.
“The detainees were: Rustam Ali / 35 years old /, Amir Jamal / 25 years old/, Khalil Amir / 27 years old/, and Behzad Othman / 50 years old /. They were taken by the “Military Police” militia to the district center and tortured, then later transferred to “Marateh” central prison supervised by Turkish forces.” According to a weekly documentary report issued by the Kurdish Democratic Unity Party in Syria.
