Kurdish girl kiddnaped in Jenderes, and her fate is still unknown

About a week ago, gunmen affiliated with “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia kidnapped a Kurdish girl, and took her to an unknown destination.

Militants affiliated with “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia kidnapped Khalida Hussein Hannan (30 years) from the village of Yalanquz in Jenderes district, from her family’s home in the town of Jenderes, Al-Sinaa Street, on the night of 23/24 of this month.

According to the afrinpost correspondent, the girl was kidnapped at night from her home by the militants of “Jaish al-Sharqiya” militia, and the kidnappers at a military police militia checkpoint claimed that the girl was lost and did not know her family, and they took her to their headquarters until they find her family, knowing that the girl is in her right mind and only suffers from stuttering.

The kidnapped girl is with “Hamad Al Jassim”, who is from the village of Buqors / Deir Ezzor, and he belongs to a group led by Abu Al Hareth Buqros, and he kidnapped her with another person called Abu Al-Ayna’, who is also from the village of Buqros located in the countryside of Deir Ezzor .


The fate of the kidnapped Kurdish girl is still unknown, while her family suffers from a dire psychological condition due to the severe anxiety for their daughter’s fate

Khalida’s family left their home in the village of (Yalanquz) due to the harassment of the “Ahrar al-Sham” militia. They were forced to leave their home there to be taken over by the armed men, and they moved to the city of Jenderes, knowing that Khalida’s father, Hussein Hannan, was kidnapped by the militants at the beginning of the occupation of the village. However, he was later released.
