Kurdish citizen who refused to pay the royalty was shot in Marwaniya Tahtani village

In the village of Marwaniyah Tahtani of Shiye / Sheikh Al-Hadid district, the leader of an armed group shoots a Kurdish citizen who refused to pay the royalties imposed by the militia, while another Kurdish citizen was kidnapped in mysterious circumstances while he was in the city of Azaz.

The Human Rights Organization – Afrin reported that an armed group from “Saad bin Abi Waqqas” militia that controls the village of Marwaniya Tahtani of Shiye / Sheikh Al-Hadid sub-district, led by Abu Zuhair, demanded the citizen Khalil Suwaidan so of Hussein and his mother Zakia (47 years) to pay the financial royalty imposed by the militia, but he refused to do so, which led to a verbal altercation, as a result of which Abu Zuhair directed his weapon to the citizen Khalil and fired three rounds of his military weapon (Kalashnikov), one of which hit her chest and the other in his foot. Immediately, the gunmen brought him to Marea Hospital, as Abu Zuhair and the security official called Abu Rashid are from the Marea district, as well as with the aim of concealing the crime and perhaps so that the opportunity to change its details and circumstances could take place.
