The Kurdish man in Afrin is subject to arrest and kidnapping in his home and field, and the charge is ready in advance, and it can be fabricated, as in the village of Meydan Akbas, “Failaq al-Sham” militia affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood organization kidnapped five Kurdish citizens who were working in land reform, so the accusation became the search for antiquities, despite militias are the ones who have been the most abused of stealing antiquities since their occupation of the Kurdish region in northern Syria.
afrinpost correspondent reported that an armed group affiliated with “Failaq al-Sham” militia led by the so-called Hisham who controls the town of Meydan Akbas of Rajo district, on Saturday 12/12/2020, kidnapped five residents of the town while they were working to reclaim mountainous lands and remove stones and rocks from them to take advantage of them and prepare them for planting fruit trees using the necessary heavy machinery.
The armed group charged the Kurdish citizens with a fabricated charge of digging up the land and searching for antiquities, given the presence of one of the old surface wells on the ground, and the group not only kidnapped the citizens, but rather proceeded to loot large quantities of firewood by force of arms, and the seized quantity is estimated at the load of seven agricultural tractors. The output was land and reclamation work. The kidnapped citizens were taken to the security headquarters in the town, and their fate was not yet known, and the citizens are:
1- Saleh Haj Hamad, (owner of the land).
2- Muhammad Mustafa Bilal, nicknamed (Muhammad Balak), from the village of Gawanda.
3- Farouk Khalil Hamo, from the village of Haj Khalil.
4- Hussein Mustafa, from Meydan Akbes.
5- Imad Hassan son of Mussa, from the village ofGawanda.
Note that all militia gunmen that control the villages of Afrin region are coordinating with the Turkish occupation forces to dig up the land, search for antiquities, steal them, and bring them into Turkey. It has also bulldozed the soil, destroyed most of the archaeological hills, and destroyed officially registered archaeological sites, and considers that everything on the ground and in its interior is permissible for them
