In light of the security chaos and the absence of any kind of accountability, theft crimes of all kinds continue, and today the house and the shop of a Kurdish was stolen.
Afrinpost correspondent reported that the house of Kurdish citizen Samir Muhammad, a resident of Qibar village, was robbed today, Friday 10/23/2020, and the house is located in Ashrafieh neighborhood, near the water reservoir.
The correspondent added that the stolen items included part of the contents of the grocery store, with an estimated sum of 90,000 Syrian Pounds 4400 US dollars, two solar panels, and two gas cylinders.
The reporter added that the thieves are settlers from Eastern Ghouta affiliated with Jaish al-Islam militia, and it has been reported that they are members of a group led by Abu al-Khair al-Ghoutani.
It is noteworthy that the rate of robbery has increased after the arrival of more settlers to the occupied city of Afrin, and the absence of accountability, legal deterrence and moral reasoning are factors encouraging the theft that affects all the properties of Kurdish citizens.
