Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, who are known as the “Syrian National Army / Free Army”, and under the direct supervision of the Turkish occupation intelligence, continue to impoverish the remaining indigenous Kurdish people in the occupied Afrin region, by imposing a set of royalties and practices that lead to displace them in favor of the settlers loyal to them.
In the context, the Afrinpost correspondent in Afrin center stated that the militia of the Sultan Murad Brigade doubled the royalty imposed on the shops located in the security sector under its control, under the pretext of providing protection to the owners and their livelihoods.
The reporter pointed out that the militia imposed an amount of 8 thousand Syrian pounds on each commercial store in the area located in the center of Afrin, which includes (the old Al-Hal market, the oil street, the recruitment street and the Novoteh Street), after it was four thousand Syrian pounds, on the pretext of the decline of the Syrian pound against the United States dollar
This is only a continuation of the ongoing imposition of royalties, robbery, and seizures since the occupation of Afrin, as well as the prevention of Islamic militias in most villages, the return of many Kurdish indigenous people to their homes and properties after their seizure, on the pretext that they have become military headquarters for Islamic militias, or that settlers with The gunmen have settled in!
