The Turkish occupation and its Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood continue to bomb the villages of the Shirawa district and the Shahba regions from time to time, with the aim of spreading a state of anxiety between the displaced people of Afrin, and causing human and material damage to property.

In the context, the “Afrinpost” correspondent in Al-Shahba said that the Turkish occupation army and its Islamic militia had bombed the civilians in the villages of Burj Al-Qas and Kalouta this afternoon, Wednesday,

The correspondent indicated that more than 20 mortar shells had landed on the two villages, without causing any casualties, as the material damage was limited to the property of civilians.

The bombing of displaced people of Afrin in Shahba is repeated from time to time, with the aim of displacing them as well, and to give up on hopes of Afrini people to return to their land and expel the occupation and the settlers from it.

The last of them was on the tenth of April, when the Turkish occupation army and its armed forces targeted several villages in the Shirawa district as (Aqeeba, Beneh, Soghanakeh, Khashta’r, and the vicinity of Al-Shahba camp, the area of ​​Tal Rifaat and the village of Sheikh Al-Hilal in Al-Shahba) with shells and heavy weapons.

At that time, the Turkish shelling resulting in the wounding of the 49-year-old civilian, Mahmoud Sayed Sido, in the shoulder, and he is a resident of the village of Katmeh, of the “Shara/ Sharan” district of Afrin countryside, and is currently displaced in the village of Aqeeba.
