Displaced person was injured and a member of the regime forces lost his live as a result of the Turkish occupation bombardment of Al-Shahba

On Friday morning, the Turkish occupation army and armed militants of Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood bombed the villages of Shirawa district and Shahba district, resulting the injury of a civilian and the killing of a member of the Syrian regime forces.

The Turkish occupation army and its militants targeted several villages in the Shirawa district as (Aqeeba, Baina, Soghankeh, Kashta’r, and the vicinity of Al-Shahba camp, Tal Rifaat district and Sheikh Al-Hilal village in Al-Shahba) with shells and heavy weapons.

The 49-year-old civilian, Mahmoud Sayied Sidu, was wounded in the shoulder. Sido is a resident of the village of Katmeh, of the “Shara / Sharan” district of Afrin countryside and currently displaced in Aqiba village.

The victim was then taken to the nearest medical point in the area for treatment, and other information indicated that a member of the Syrian regime lost his life, and two others were wounded.

The Turkish occupation and its armed forces have targeted villages in the district of Shirawa and Al-Shahba for a week, continuously in conjunction with the spread of the Coronavirus in the world and threats the people of Afrin forcibly displaced people in the region.
