A Kurdish citizen was kidnapped from the village of “Ma’mlo” in Afrin countryside

Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to use kidnapping and arrest as a means of blackmail, and imposing pressure on the remaining Kurdish indigenous people in the occupied Afrin region, with the aim of expelling them from their homes for the benefit of Islamic settlers loyal to them from various conflict areas in Syria, the latest of which in Idlib.

In the context, activists affirmed that the militants of the “Mohamed Al-Fateh” militia, led by the so-called “Shadi”, kidnapped the Kurdish citizen “Mourad Ahmed Battal” yesterday, Wednesday, from the people of the village of “Ma’mlo / Ma’ml Ushaghi” of Rajo district, noting that it is the third time that Mourad has been kidnapped.

On March 30, correspondents of the Afrinpost had documented 12 new kidnappings in the villages of (Ain Hajar, Avarazeh, Kafarjana and Chamma), among which was the kidnapping by the militia of the “Sultan Murad Brigade” of the Kurdish citizen Shukri Hanan Othman, along with the kidnapping (Othman Izzat Othman, 27, Djawar Ahmed Sheikho, 25, Mazloum Ahmed Rashid, and the citizen “Mohammed Sabri Sheikho,” 35, from Ain Hajar village.
