Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to commit war crimes and genocide against the remaining indigenous people of the occupied Kurdish Afrin region, according to a plan drawn up by the Turkish occupation intelligence.

In this context, on Friday, the “Waqas Brigade” militia kidnapped two Kurdish youths from one family, from their home in the village of Anqale in the distrect of “Shieh / Sheikh Al-Hadid,” according to North Press.

The agency stated that the two young men (Rashid Jerko and Muhammad Jerko) born in 1992, were kidnapped by the militia on the pretext that they were serving in the ranks of the Self-Defense Forces before the period of the Turkish occupation of the region, noting that the fate of the two boys is still unknown.

Through the kidnappings, the Islamic militia seeks to raise funds by imposing financial ransoms on the families of the kidnappers, and to prepay the charges prepared for them, such as dealing with the YPG or self-management previously.

The campaigns of raids and kidnappings against the Kurdish indigenous people in the occupied territory of Afrin continue on a daily basis by the Islamic militias affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood and the Turkish occupation forces, with the aim of blackmailing them and pushing them to leave their lands to the settlers.
