Afrinpost-Special
The Islamic militias of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood continue to clamp down on the remaining Kurdish indigenous people in the occupied Afrin province, and besiege their agricultural seasons in order to control their source of income and force them to leave their farms to the settlers.
In the context of the report, “Afrinpost” in the district of Jendiris, said that the Islamic militias that occupy the village “Faqira” in the district, is deliberately looting the native Kurdish citizens in the village, as they headed to their fields to harvest olives from them.
The reporter added that a group of citizens in the village were subjected to looting of this kind, where a group of gunmen wearing full black uniforms, and put black blankets covering the entire face and head, so that the people do not recognize them, as the majority of the gunmen are known by the Kurdish population.
These masked gunmen roam through the olive fields in the village, and when they see any Kurdish citizen who has harvested a crop, they loot it, put the entire harvest in their cars and leave, without the Kurdish people being able to deter them because they are armed.
The militants sell the majority of the stolen olives to the Turkish occupation entity, where the Anatolian Agency of the Turkish regime had previously published an implicit acknowledgment of the theft of olives and oil from the occupied Kurdish Afrin by announcing the increase of the occupation’s exports of green olives in the period following the occupation of Afrin.
The Turkish agency said that exports of green olives intended for eating / table olives, rose between October 2018 and March 2019, that is, the period during which the olive harvest in the province of Afrin.
