Our correspondent reported that around two months ago, Turkish intelligence and the “Military Police” militia arrested 28-year-old Gulin Mohammed Sheikh Abdi, a resident of Sheikh village in the Rajo sub-district. Gulin was detained from his workplace at the “Civil Police” station in the town of Rajo.

The correspondent explained that Gulin’s arrest was justified by his alleged previous service in the Autonomous Administration’s mandatory military forces. He was transferred to the central Marateh prison in Afrin, where he remains under arbitrary detention.

Additionally, about a week ago, the “Police – Anti-Terrorism” militia arrested 41-year-old Nidal Qalandar, a resident of Mabeta/Ma’batli, from his home in Afrin city. The reasons and charges behind his arrest were not disclosed. Nidal, who owns a clothing store near the old recruitment building, is still being held without explanation.
