Turkish forces intensified shelling on multiple villages in northern Syria on Saturday, October 26, targeting areas in both Manbij and Afrin.
Heavy artillery strikes hit the villages of Tokhar, Arab Hassan, and Aoun al-Dadat in the Manbij countryside, as well as the outskirts of Tal Qarah, Bailonia, and Tal Rifaat in northern Aleppo. Further south, near Afrin, artillery fire impacted the villages of Abbin, Aqiba, Tatmrash, and Kafr Karas in Sherawa sub-district, causing considerable damage to civilian property.
Meanwhile, violent clashes continue between Afrin Liberation Forces and Syrian National Army factions on the Abbin axis in Sherawa. Turkish forces reportedly launched additional shelling on areas surrounding Der Jamal and Tanab, intensifying the conflict and impacting the lives and properties of residents in southwestern Afrin.
