Our correspondent reported that early this morning, the “Sultan Murad Brigade” militia abducted Muhammad Ahmad Qasim, a Kurdish citizen from the Al-Bab region, aged around 50, who has been residing in Afrin since 2014.
According to the correspondent, Qasim was abducted near the old garage in central Afrin after shouting at an armed man attempting to steal his motorcycle. When he tried to stop the theft, the armed man called for reinforcements, and a group of militants arrived, kidnapping Qasim and taking him to their headquarters in the former financial building behind the garage.
