Our correspondent reports that for the second consecutive day, the Syrian Army has continued its heavy shelling of the outskirts of Kabashin and Fafertin villages in the Sherawa sub-district of occupied Afrin. The bombardment includes rocket and heavy artillery fire, as well as targeting advanced positions of “Failaq Al-Sham” militia along the Kabashin axis, using heavy machine guns to sweep the area.
In related news, the Syrian Army has also bombarded the village of Sinjar, the 111th Regiment, the eastern outskirts of Darat Izza, and the village of Kafr Ta’al in western Aleppo with heavy artillery and rocket launchers, while Russian reconnaissance aircraft have been flying over the area.
Additionally, a member of the “Jaish Al-Nasr” militia, affiliated with the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham organization, named Hamza Abdul Karim Saleh, was killed by heavy artillery shelling from the Syrian Army on HTS positions and gatherings along the Zayzun and Sarmaniyah axes in the Al-Ghab Plain in western Hama. The shelling also targeted the villages of Kansafra and Kafr Aweid in Jabal al-Zawiya, southern Idlib.
