A Turkish intelligence-affiliated individual physically assaulted a Kurdish civilian from the village of Dike in the Bulbul sub-district, claiming he had blocked the path of his vehicle in the center of the occupied city of Afrin.
According to our correspondent, the armed assailant attacked the young man, Salam Bilal (23 years old), at the Newroz roundabout on the past Friday, October 13. He struck him with the butt of his firearm, alleging that Salam had not given way to his car. He forcibly took him to the police station and detained him for three days while subjecting him to torture. Salam was finally released on Monday, October 16.
