Our correspondent reported that Turkish authorities arrested Mr. Mohammad Ramzi Kilo, a 30-year-old resident of the village of Surkeh in the Rajo sub-district. He was apprehended at his home after returning from Aleppo approximately two weeks ago. He is currently detained in the central prison of Marateh in the occupied city of Afrin.
Furthermore, on October 5th of this month, Turkish authorities also arrested Mr. Ahmad Hussein Hassan, a resident of the village of Hajilar in the Jindires sub-district. He was detained in al-Ashrafieh neighborhood of the occupied city of Afrin after returning from Lebanon around twenty days ago.
It’s important to note that Turkish intelligence has instructed the Civil Registry in Afrin to forward identity card applications from the local council for security assessments before issuance. There is a particular emphasis on individuals returning from Aleppo, Lebanon, or Shahba. These returnees face arrest upon their return to their homes and villages, which prevents them from recovering their confiscated properties.
