Three members of the Turkish-backed Al-Hamzat and Suleiman Shah/al-Amshat militias were killed on September 5th, succumbing to injuries sustained during artillery shelling carried out by fighters from the Manbij Military Council. The shelling occurred yesterday evening, targeting movements of Amshat and Hamzat militias as they prepared military reinforcements from the Shara sub-district towards the frontlines in rural Manbij.
Simultaneously, the Afrin Liberation forces launched strikes around the village of Qibar in the occupied Afrin countryside, targeting the former HAT camp nearby. Detailed reports on the extent of the damages are yet to be confirmed.
Furthermore, the Afrin Libration forces targeted positions held by the Syrian National Army militias with mortar and rocket fire in the Marae and Kaljibrin axes in northern Aleppo Countryside. These attacks coincided with intermittent clashes on the Marae Harbul axis, also in northern Aleppo, which persisted into the late hours of this morning.
