On August 23rd, a Turkish drone strike targeted Al-Alqamiya village in the occupied region of Afrin. The attack resulted in material damage to local properties, though no injuries have been reported thus far.
The incident follows another event on August 22nd, where four Syrian regime soldiers were wounded, two of them seriously, in a Turkish military strike on a military position along the Shawarga axis in the Shara subdistrict. Additionally, Turkish forces shelled the vicinity of Aqiba and Soghnakah villages in the Shara subdistrict of occupied Afrin.
