A Turkish-backed militant affiliated with the group led by “Ouso Hayani” has sold two houses situated in the industrial zone of Al-Ashrafieh neighborhood in the occupied city of Afrin to IDPs hailing from Eastern Ghouta in the Damascus countryside. The transactions were carried out for a sum of $1,200 per house.
The ownership of these two houses belongs to the siblings “Jihad and Mohammad Haidar,” who are natives of the village of Qarah Tabbah, in Shara/Sharan sub-district. They have been forcibly displaced from Afrin.
In a separate incident, the house of “Hamid Omar,” a resident of the village of Baadina in the Rajo sub-district, was targeted by thieves in a burglary early on the morning of August 10th. The thieves made off with a tractor battery, two gas cylinders, a mobile phone, and a copper pot from the house located along the Aleppo road, opposite “Rosa” sewing Workshop.
