Our correspondent reported that IDPs from Tadmur in Homs countryside, deliberately cut down 40 olive trees that belonged to forcibly displaced citizen, “Sulaiman Hussein.” These trees were then transported to Afrin city and sold as firewood near Al-Hakim Building.

In another incident on July 16th, “afrinpost” documented armed individuals cutting down 22 fruitful trees, including mulberry, fig, walnut, and olive, in a field owned by Kurdish citizen “Emad Hussein” in the village of Tall Tawil in Afrin countryside.
