This morning, 29 May, the residence of citizen Omar Hamid, from Qatma village in the Shara/Sharan subdistrict, was subjected to a burglary by a militia member in the Al-Mahmoudiya neighborhood of old Afrin city.
According to our reporter, a member affiliated with the Turkish-affiliated “Sultan Murad” militia stole from the house located near Al-Mahmoudiya Mosque, taking advantage of the absence of citizen Omar, who was at the hospital in Azaz. The thief made off with most of the house’s contents, heading towards the city of Jindires.
It was just two weeks ago that armed thieves stole two gas cylinders, four tanks of oil, and copper utensils from the house of citizen Mohammed Musa in the Al-Mahmoudiya neighborhood near the forest, taking advantage of his absence in his village in the Rajo sub-district.
