afrinpost – Exclusive
Our reporter in Afrin stated that IDPs supported by the militants of the Turkish-backed “Suleiman Shah / Al-Amshat” militia seized a real estate report (a piece of land) belonging to the “Osman Agha” family from the village of Kurzeleh, and began leveling the floor with trucks, sprinkling it with gravel and raising the mounds in preparation for the construction.
It is reported that most of the properties of the “Osman Agha” family in the occupied city of Afrin were seized by pro-Turkey militants and IDPs. In September 2022, the “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyya” militia built about 40 shops on a land located on the Teranda road, and sold a number of them for two thousand dollars for each and rented others for $50 monthly.
It is worth mentioning that on June 6, 2021, the “Al-Jabha al-Shamiyya” militia seized many pieces of lands of the “Osman Agha” family, extending from al-Ashrafieh clinic on Aleppo Road to the Wednesday Market place, and rented them to relief organizations (Syria Yardim and the Qatari Red Crescent).
