Turkish soldiers injured as their base shelled in Basofan village

The Turkish base in the village of Basufan in Sherawa district was targeted today morning by three mortar shells of unknown origin, which resulted in the injury of a number of Turkish soldiers, according to oour reporter.

Our reporter added that ambulances did enter the base to transport the injured solders.

On September 17, the Turkish forces shelled the vicinity of the city of Tal Rifaat and the village of Sheikh Issa in al-Shahba region, while the Syrian regime forces responded by shelling the road between Marea and the town of Kaljibrin in the northern countryside of Aleppo with more than 5 rockets.

The Turkish forces also shelled from their positions in the villages of Anab and Julbur in Shirawa, the village of Abbin in Sherawa district with several artillery shells, and the damage was limited to material only, while the regime forces responded by shelling the vicinity of the Turkish base near the National Hospital in the city of Azaz in the northern countryside of Aleppo, and no information was received about the extent of the damage.
