Our reporter in Afrin said today, Thursday that the Turkish-Backed militias continued illegal sales of the homes of the original Kurdish residents of Afrin, where the owners are unable to protect their property or resort to the concerned authorities to file complaints because of their complicity in trading operations and their participation in the seizure of real estate.
In the details, an element of the Turkish-backed “Sultan Murad” militia sold the house of “Saeed Hussein” from the village of Deir Sawan – Shara district, located near the Sharia School, for $2500.
An IDP from Hayyan sold the house of “Mohammed Habash” from the village of Baadina – Rajo district, also located near Al-Sharia Park, to one of his relatives for $3,000.
Meanwhile, members of the Turkish-backed “Ahrar al-Sharqiya” militia seized the house of the citizen “Aref Ibrahim,” also from the village of Baadina, located in the vicinity of the cultural center, after forcibly vacating the tenant from it.
It is reported that the local council in Jindires issued a circular on August 3, demanding the dispossession of the property of the forcibly displaced and handing it over to the militias of the “National Army” and canceling all guarantees.
