afrinpost – Special

This morning, Wednesday, the popular committees in Nubl and Al-Zahraa targeted a military vehicle belonging to Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham in the village of Basoufan in Sherawa district, in the occupied countryside of Afrin.

Our reporter stated that the targeting resulted in the killing of four members of Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham, including the leader “Abu al-Aina” and the member “Abu Qutada,” and two others were seriously injured, and they were taken to hospitals in the city of Darat Izza for treatment.

The People’s Committees militants, who are from the people of Nubl and Al-Zahraa, claimed the targeting process, and that the operation came within the framework of revenge for the people who were killed as a result of targeting a car overnight by Hay’at Tahrir Al-Sham on May 13 in the village of Ainjara, which killed 10 fighters of the Popular Committees and wounded 9 others.
