Armed thieves steal irrigation water pipes in Afrin countryside

afrinpost – Special

Our reporter stated that armed thieves stole irrigation water pipes from the lands of the people of Teranda village, on Saturday, July 30, in Afrin

The reporter explained that the gunmen are from the southern countryside of Aleppo and are affiliated with the Turkish-backed “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiya” militia, and they openly and unabashedly stole about 15 new plumes extending from a water well located at the power station near the village of Teranda and distributed within the lands of the villagers.

The occupied region of Afrin witnesses almost daily robberies by bandit groups and others armed thieves, and these groups are led by the Turkish-backed militias and in full view of them.

On July 25, a group of unknown thieves stole internet equipment from internet distribution stores in the vicinity of Ashrafieh neighborhood park in the occupied city of Afrin, including logos, routers and showers that were installed on the walls by internet store owners to distribute to users of the neighborhood.
