afrinpost – Exclusive

The Turkish-backed armed Muslim Brotherhood militias continue to harass the people of Afrin and kidnap them under any pretext, even those who cooperated with the Turkish authorities.

Our reporter stated that, “the Turkish-backed “Mohammed Al-Fateh” militants launched a large-scale kidnapping campaign on Sunday evening, August 23, 2021 in the village of Brimja of Mobata sub-district, raided the homes of the villagers one by one, and kidnapped dozens of people from their homes. Among them were ‘Muhammad Mustafa’ and ‘Salah Ali Akash’ who were arrested and taken to an unknown destination.”

On the other hand, on Monday, the Turkish authorities released the two Kurdish women ‘Mezkin Oso’ and ‘Hevin Oso’ after forcing them to pay a ransom.

On the evening of Sunday, August 15, 2021, the “Military Police” raided the home of the two Kurdish women (Hevin Oso, 39, and Mezkin Oso, 45), and arrested them on charges of belonging to the Syrian Democratic Forces.
