Turkish authorities release two citizens of Qîbarê village, in Afrin

Recently, the Turkish authorities released two Kurdish citizens, residents of the village of Qîbarê- Afrin, after forcibly disappearing them for for more than 3 years in their prisons and detention centers in Afrin region and its neighboring areas.

According to our correspondent, the Turkish authorities in occupied Afrin released about a week ago the Kurdish citizen “Hannan Ali Sheikho, 30 years old, from Maratê prison, after spending more than 3 years in Al-Ra’i prison, where he was transferred to Maratê prison three months ago in preparation for releasing him.

The Turkish authorities also released, about two weeks ago, the 35-year-old Kurdish citizen Abdo Shawqi Bako from Maratê Prison, after spending about 7 months in detention.

The Turkish-backed “Al-Mu’tasim Brigade” militia had kidnapped the Kurdish youth “Bako” on charges of belonging to the ranks of the Syrian Democratic Forces, and then handed him over to the “Military Police” militia that kept him in Maratê prison since his abduction until his release.
