The Turkish-backed “Samarkand Brigade” militia set fire today, Wednesday, noon, in the coniferous forests surrounding the village of Hajj Hasna, in Shieh / Sheikh al-Hadid sub-district, in the occupied Afrin region in northern Syria.
Our correspondent in the region said that the fires devoured vast areas of coniferous forests in Hajj Hasan village mountain.
While the pro-Turkey “civil defense” announced that fires erupt daily threatening agricultural crops and forests in northwestern Syria, and today, Wednesday, our team extinguished 7 fires 2 of them in agricultural lands, the first in Sharan sub-district and the other in Tarhin, east of Aleppo, and two fires in forest areas in Afrin countryside which our team is still trying to extinguish.
