The village of Kafar Safra/ Kefer sefrê, affiliated to Jenderes sub-district, witnessed a major operation of seizing property from Kurdish citizens, which was carried out under the supervision of the Turkish authorities, and aims to prevent the forcibly displaced citizens from returning, and to crack down on the remaining indigenous Kurd, impoverish them and push them to leave their homes and villages.
In this context, the Turkish-backed “Samarkand” militia led by “Thaer Maarouf” launched one of the largest campaigns to seize the property of the Kurdish citizens in the village of Kafar Safra in Jenderes sub-district. The number of trees seized reached about 15,000 olive trees of forcibly displaced citizens and others still in the village. As well as, financial royalties were imposed on some citizens, according to the Human Rights Organization in Afrin.
Citizens whose property were seized:
1- Hussein Tarmoush: property.

3- Six sons of Ibo Nebo: all of their properties.
4- Hussein Aziz Khello: property.
5- Hassan Aziz Khello: property.
6- Waqfy Seydo Belk: property and a financial tax of 300 USD.
7- Khalil Barzani: a tax of 5,000 US dollars.
8- Muhammad Khalil Haji Abdo: property and a fiscal tax of $ 400.
9- Muhammed Haj Abdo: property.
10- Gule Haj Abdo: proerty.
11- Mohiyeddin Haj Abdo: property.
