The Turkish authorities released, on Tuesday, conditionally two Kurdish citizens in the Turkish city of Hatay / Antakya, three years after they were kidnapped from their home in the village of Çolaqa- Jenderes district, by Turkish-backed militias.

In details, private sources told “afrinpost” that the Turkish Court in Hatay city conditionally released the citizens (Farid Muhammad Rasho and Hannan Sheikh Muhammad) as they are not allowed to leave Turkish territory to be brought to trial on charges of dealing with the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, despite their three years of forced disappearance in Turkish prisons, as well as the prisons of its militia in the occupied Afrin region in northern and Syria.

The sources added that the citizens (Farid and Hannan) were kidnapped three years ago (April 2018) from their home in the village of Çolaqa in Jenderes district by the Turkish-backed “al-Hamza” militia, and then he was handed over to the Turkish intelligence, which transported them inside the Turkish territory.

The sources indicated that the Turkish authorities will present the Kurdish citizens to the court after about a month from the date of their release, and if they are acquitted, they will be allowed to return to their village, “Çolaqa.”
