Today, Wednesday morning, unknown persons targeted a car with a thermal missile in the village of Burj Haydar in the countryside of the occupied Afrin region in northern Syria, which led to the burning of the two cars, without causing any human loses.
According to the “afrinpost” correspondent, unidentified persons targeted a car with a thermal missile in the center of the village of Burj Haydar in Şêrawa district, which led to the complete burning of one car and damage to another, noting that the two cars belonged to IDPs occupying the homes of the displaced in the village, while the party behind the missile targeting is not yet known.
The correspondent added that the two cars were parked near the house of Ahmed Mustafa, a resident of the village, noting that after the unknown targeting, the Turkish forces bombed the villages of Kalute and Burj Qas, both of the Şêrawa district.
On the other hand, the Afrin Liberation Forces announced in a statement issued today, Wednesday, the outcome of a series of operations carried out against the Turkish army and its affiliated Muslim Brotherhood militias.
The statement said that those operations resulted in the killing of 6 militants and wounding 12 other militants, including Turkish soldiers, in the period between April 14-26.
