On Sunday, 11 April 2021, the Turkish-backed “al-Hamzah Division” militia kidnapped a Kurdish citizen from his home in the village of Haj Khalil, in the Rajo district of the occupied Afrin region in northern Syria.
According to afrinpost sources, elements of al-Hamzah militia kidnapped “Awni Rashid Othman,” in charges of dealing with the previous Autonomous Administration and took him to an unknown destination.
Also, on the 26th of March 2021, armed men of “al-Hamzah” militia kidnapped Hussein Hannan Rashid (59 years), from Haj Khalil village, without without charge or any information about his place until this day.
