Yesterday morning, Tuesday, a young man and a girl were killed in the village of Basuta, as a result of a “mysterious” explosion that targeted the house of Sharif Koleliye, while the Turkish occupation authorities encircled off the villages of Basuta, Burj Abdalo and Ghazawiya, amid raids and arrests, according to afrinpost sources.
The sources confirmed that two explosions occurred in the village of Basuta of Sherawa district, the first occurred at 5:30 in the morning targeted the house of Sharif Koleliye, which resulted in the death of his daughter (Haifa, 21 years old), and the Kurdish man (Nawzad Akram, 45 years old), who was making a visit the family, without being able to know the merits and circumstances of the explosion.
According to the sources, another explosion occurred hours after the first explosion in the same house, and according to the video (below), an explosive device was detonated remotely by the Turkish occupation authorities and the militias, and the operation was filmed with professionalism, where the explosion was accompanied with takbirs that the militants chant at every bombing.
As a result of the bombing, the house of citizen “Sharif Koleliye” was destroyed completely, while the fate of his family (his wife and the other daughter) remains unknown until now.
“Hamzat” militia that occupies the village hastened to dismiss the security official, claiming that there is a security defect as stated in the circular issued, this circular may be aimed at covering up the causes of the crime and pushing it towards accusing the victims themselves and confirming the story of “the martyrs preparing a an explosive device and accidentally detonated at them ”, as the militias used this method to launch arrest operations against the people of the village, as happened in the car bombing of the leader of Al-Amshat in the village of Kakhire / Maabatli, wich was done by a militia gunman against the background of disputes over influence !
The sources added that the Turkish occupation authorities continue to encircle of the village of Basuta, as well as the villages of Burj Abdalo and Ghazawiya, and they launch raids and arrests, amid reports that the wife of the martyr “Nawzad” was arrested, while fear still reigns over the three villages.
It is worth noting that on September 17, 2018, Hamzat militia gunmen kidnapped Nawzad, along with his cousin, a child (Evan Eido) from the village of Basuta, while they were going to Ghazawiya village, carrying an amount of three hundred thousand Syrian pounds as a deposit for a pomegranate field rented from his family. The gunmen severely beat the child “Evan” and sent him to the village and kidnapped citizen “Nawzad”. During the detention he was beaten and tortured in the militia prison. He was released after 10 days in exchange for a ransom.
