More than 100 olive trees were cut down in Mydanki and Qeretepe

The Turkish occupation militias cut down more than a hundred olive trees in the villages of Mydanki – Sharan and Qeretepe – Afrin Center for trading and woodworking.

According to the afrinpost correspondent, “Sultan Murad” militia cut down about 70 olive trees from a field located in the vicinity of the village of Mydanki, owned by the Kurdish citizen Muhammad Ali Muhammad, who is a resident of Qizilbasha village – Bulbul.

The reporter added that other cutting operations affected a field belonging to the Kurdish citizen “Muhammad Ali Muhammad- Abu Haval”, from the village of Qeretepe – Afrin Center, and he is the owner of the “Rotana” wedding hall. About 35 olive trees were cut from a field of 140 trees, and the field is located between the village and the highway.

In another context, this week witnessed a robbery of a Suzuki car on the Servis Road in al-Ashrafieh neighborhood, and an exchange of fire took place between settlers from the village of Al-Oweija and thieves who fled towards the headquarters of “Jaish al-Islam” militia located at Terenda road area to take shelter in, according to our correspondent.
