The stores located on the Autostrad Street are taken from them an amount of 10 thousand Syrian pounds if the shop is small, and as for the exchange and wholesale shops, the royalty is 50 Turkish lira, while the shops on Jenderes Road and Rajo Road and located in the city, they impose a royalty of 10 thousand Syrian pounds on each store.
In the context of selling the properties of Afrin residents, the house of the Kurdish citizen Muhammad Ahmed Ahmed from Shieh district / Sheikh Al-Hadid, located in al-Ashrafieh neighborhood, on the first floor, near the industrial zone, was sold for $ 1,200 to a settler from Idlib governorate who lived in tents at Afrin River, and the seller is from al-Shamiya group.
The house of Muhammad Hannan from Gunde Qesim was sold in al-Ashrafieh neighborhood, next to Bilal Mosque, under the Ghoutani laundry currently, and the seller is called Abu Ahmed al-Dairi. He hails from Deir Ezzor governorate and works with “al-Shamiya Front” militia and has an old Mitsubishi car, while the armed buyer is from Idlib governorate coming from Libya, and a process was carried out in a real estate office for a person from Afrin in exchange for an amount of $ 1,000, and the Afrin auctioneer (Samir ) 200 thousand dollar.
A settler from Idlib governorate sold a store in the (red building) in the Ashrafieh neighborhood, for the amount of 700 US dollars, to another settler from Ghouta to open a grocery and the ownership of the shop belongs to the Kurdish citizen (Muhammad Oso), who is from the village of Qurneh / Bulbul, knowing that this is the second time the shop has been sold.
