The Turkish occupation authorities arrested five Kurdish citizens at separate times in the villages of Shorba and Shekhutka of Mobata / Maabatli district in the countryside of the occupied Afrin region in northern Syria.
In the details, the afrinpost correspondent in the district stated that the Turkish occupation intelligence, today, Saturday, arrested four Kurds from their homes in the village of Shorba, and took them to the detention center in the town of Maabatli.
The correspondent documented the names of the detainees, namely (Hussein Maamou – Reber Jaafar – Siyamand Jaafar – Ali Omar), and they were taken to the prison of the town of Maabatli, without being able to know the charges against them.
The reporter added that he learned today that a checkpoint of the Turkish occupation authority in the city of Afrin (Raju Road) arrested about a week ago the Kurdish citizen Saeed Bahri Sheikh Mannan (25 years old), while on his way from his village to the city of Afrin, and it is not known where he was taken to, nor the charge against him.
