The Afrin Liberation Forces announced today, Sunday, in a written statement, that afrinpost received a copy of it, that it had carried out two separate operations against the headquarters of the Turkish occupation army and its militias, which resulted in the killing of 3 Turkish soldiers and an Islamic militant, in addition to the wounding of 4 Turkish soldiers and 4 militants.
The statement indicated that the two operations were carried out on the third and fourth of this month, noting that their operations came in the context of “revenge” for the violations and crimes committed in occupied Afrin, the latest of which was the Kimar village massacre, in which a minor and an elderly Kurdish citizen were killed.
The Turkish Ministry of Defense announced on its official website Thursday 12/3/2020 that a Turkish soldier was killed in Sherawa district, as a result of clashes that took place in the Basufan village, explaining that the killed Turkish soldier was called “Muhammad Aalton,” and he was killed in clashes with the Afrin liberation forces.
