The Turkish occupation forces and their affiliated Islamic militias escalated the missile strikes on several villages in al-Shahba areas, while the “al-Shamiya Front” militia brought reinforcements to the contact lines in al-Shahba areas.
According to the Afrinpost correspondent in the region, more than 40 rocket-propelled grenades fell this evening on the villages of Al-Alqamiyyah and Maranaz in the Shara / Sharan district.
This afternoon, the Turkish occupation forces also shelled the vicinity of the city of Tal Rifaat, as well as the villages of Ain Diqna and Baylounieh, with rockets and mortars.
This comes at a time when today, al-shamiya Front militia sent reinforcements to the contact lines between the occupation forces on one side and the regime army and the Afrin liberation forces on the other hand.
The Turkish occupation forces deliberately shell the areas of al-Shahba on an almost daily basis, despite the Russian military police, which are charged with monitoring the implementation of the ceasefire in the area.
