Afrinpost – Special

Yesterday, Wednesday, the “Military Police” militia of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood organization arrested ten Kurdish citizens in the district of Mobata / Maabatli district, on charges of going out on guard duty during the previous Autonomous Administration era in the region, among them are elderly people, according to Afrinpost sources.

The sources emphasized that this campaign is a continuation of previous campaigns, and they are released after being forced to pay a ransom under the name of “guarantee” of 600 Turkish liras.

The sources were able to document the names of nine of the detainees in this campaign, and they are:

1- Luqman Ezzat Shaabu, 50 years old.

2- Subhi Ali Memish, 60 years old.

3- Muhammad Oskello is 60 years old.

4- Aref Rashid Qarbouz, 75 years old.

5- Muhammad Rashid Qarbouz, 80 years old.

6- Sedki Mustafa Hambasho, 51 years old.

7- Muhammad Ali Yusuf, 54 years old.

8- Ali Hussein Yusef, 57 years old.

9- Adnan Muhammad Ali, 60 years old.

10- His identity is not known yet.

It is noteworthy that the Turkish occupation forces and the Islamic militias affiliated with them have greatly intensified the arrest and kidnapping campaigns against the remaining indigenous Kurds, especially last August, when the number of detainees exceeded two hundred Kurdish citizens, as part of the Turkish intelligence plan of blackmailing them and impoverish them, so they will be forced to leave their homes for the benefit of the Islamist settlers loyal to Ankara government.
