The series of crimes and violations continues in light of the overwhelming chaos and security chaos as a result of the situation created by the Turkish occupation in the occupied north of Syria, especially in the Afrin region, which was shocked yesterday, Monday, by the discovery of the bodies of a woman and a child that were thrown in the bushes surrounding the village of Deir Sawan in Shara / Sharan district.
Local activists revealed the identity of the woman who was found,”Gule Khalil Faraj” (23 years old). She was said to have been killed by her husband for unknown reasons, while she was trying to flee Afrin into Turkish territory. As for the body of the child, it belongs to “Bakr Fuad Sheikh Saleh (14 years old).
The Ashrafieh neighborhood in the center of the occupied Afrin region in northern Syria also witnessed, within one week, two murders of two women against the background of moral accusations, in light of the deterioration of living conditions, social relations, insecurity and the chaos of arms created by the Turkish occupation and the Islamic militias known as the “National Army” and associated with the organization Muslim Brotherhood
In the details of the two incidents, Afrinpost learned that in the first crime, Abd al-Qadir Kul Khillo Ibn Jamil (Turkmen), from the people of the village of Jalameh in the Jenderes district, on the eighth of this August, killed his wife, “Istirvan Anwar Bakir” (20 years old) and her two children (from the village of Qada / Rajo), who were stabbed with a knife, during a visit to her parents’ house in the Ashrafieh neighborhood (the vicinity of the water company), she was said to have been killed on the grounds of moral accusations.
In the second case, a settler from Idlib killed his wife by shooting her, then fled, and it was reported that the crime also occurred against the background of moral accusations, and no detailed information about it was available.
On the third of August, Turkish border guards shot the child, Khalil Nihad Sheikho (15 years), from the village of “Verkan” in the area of “Shara / Sharan” in the countryside of the occupied Kurdish region of Afrin in northern Syria, on the border between Afrin and Turkey, while trying to cross the border into Turkish territory, where the gendarmes stopped their car and shot them, and killed the child in cold blood without any questions, so that his body was later received by his family, empty of internal organs.
The scene of the empty body of internal organs was repeated in the incident of the citizen Nidal Barakat (38 years), from Jenderes, who the Turkish hospital delayed in clarifying his health status for ten days after a surgical operation, and his family was shocked by the news of his death, and his body was received without internal organs.
Afrin region is witnessing an increase in the incidence of murder crimes since nearly two and a half years of the occupation’s life, due to the environment imposed by the Turkish occupation and its unbridled militias, as well as the introduction of militant Islamic societies that enslave women and where social relations are not balanced and women’s rights are not respected. Contrary to the culture that prevailed in the region throughout the past periods, especially during the previous Self-Administration era.
