Afrinpost – Special

Islamic militias affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood organization, known as the “Syrian National Army / Free Army”, continue to fabricate accusations against the remaining indigenous Kurdish residents of the occupied area of Afrin, in northern Syria, with the aim of impoverishing them, restricting them and pushing them to leave their homes for the benefit of the pro-Ankara settlers.

In the context, the “Afrinpost” correspondent in the “Bulbula / Bulbul” district said that “Failaq al-Sham” militia extorted a number of Kurdish citizens in the villages of the district financially, under the pretext that they appeared in a photo taken 3 years ago while they were attending a celebration marking the opening of a Kurdish party office.

The reporter emphasized that the militia chose the citizens shown in the picture between paying 500 Turkish liras, or handing over their files to the “Military Police” militia, indicating that the citizens gave in to extortion and paid the required amount.

Royalties are only a continuation of the robbery, seizure, and imposition of royalties that have continued since the occupation of Afrin, which also included the establishment of the “Army of Islam” militia affiliated with the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, a “flying checkpoint” in front of the “Al-Taqwa” backery on the “Trinda / Al-Zarifa” road inside The occupied Kurdish regional center of Afrin at the end of last July.
