The Libyan National Army spokesperson, Major General Ahmed Al-Mesmari, released a video on Monday night that he was documenting the presence of “Sultan Murad Squad” militia affiliated to the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, in the Libyan Yarmouk camp.

Al-Mesmari said, in a post attached to the video posted on the official Facebook page of the Libyan military spokesman, that “the Syrian Sultan Murad Squad, which belongs to Ankara, is setting up a training camp for it in the Yarmouk camp in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, to train groups of mercenaries.”

He added, “The mercenaries were hastily transferred from Syria to Libya without adequate training to replace the experienced combatants who are transported, prepared and mobilized on the Sirte and Al-Jafra fronts.”

Al-Mismari stated, “There is a plan aimed at mobilizing 15 thousand mercenaries from Syria who are known as (Al-Iqtihamyeen),” (Special Forces), and “Elite Forces” affiliated with “Al-Nusra Front”, indicating that they are also known as “Inghmasis”.

Last May, the Military Media Division of the Libyan National Army announced that a leader in the “Sultan Murad Squad” militia, called “Murad Abu Hamoud al-Azizi”, had been killed in clashes in the Libyan capital.

That leader occupied a security position in what was called the “Homs Province,” and then pledged allegiance to the Al-Nusra Front, which declared its allegiance to the terrorist organization Al-Qaeda.

After that, the “ISIS” member went to the Turkish occupation areas in Afrin, according to the Syrian Observatory, and then went to fight in Libya with 49 former militants of “ISIS” at the beginning of this year.
