Afrinpost – Special
The Turkish occupation removed a group checkpoins of Islamic militia affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood from the center of the occupied Kurdish Afrin region in northern Syria, in preparation for apparently taking out some of their headquarters outside the city, according to a reporter of Afrinpost.
This follows the statement of the so-called head of the Coalition, called “Nasr Hariri”, who apparently sought to whitewash the black page of the militants, after smelling their scandals from Afrin and reached Libya, where they proved that they are nothing but mercenaries, in order to revive the defunct Ottoman Empire.
Al-Hariri said two days ago that he would take out the Islamic militias outside the city of Afrin and Sere Kaniye / Ras al-Ain”, despite the fact that many observers questioned the credibility of the aforementioned, as the so-called “Coalition” does not exceed the fact that it is a tool to implement the wishes and orders coming to them from Ankara.
Observers suggested that some checkpoins or headquarters would be removed, and then implementing explosions in the city, to claim that the city is not viable without the spread of militants in it, which may later justify further abuse of the Kurds, to justify the displacement of the rest of them in the region.
Afrinpost correspondent said that the Turkish occupation removed some barriers from inside Afrin and on the crossroads leading to it, adding that the “Military Police” militia removed the checkpoint of “al-Jabha al-Shamiya” militia at Vin restaurant, and another checkpoint at “Mem and Zin” coffee brewery.
The correspondent added that the militia “the military police of the Turkish occupation is responsible to carry out this operation, also intentionally withdrew weapons from the militants, without the militants being able to resist them, which clearly indicates that it is a Turkish decision in order to improve the image of the occupation, which has been widely and significantly exposed in recent times, especially on the Arab media.
The reporter stated that there is fear among the militants ’families, as they fear the conditions of living outside the city, especially as the militants were fighting for theft and looting inside the city of Afrin.
