Elderly Kurdish man died from grief, after a quarrel with a militant of Muslim Brotherhood

The Kurdish citizen, Ismail Alo Ismail, nicknamed “Abu Antar”, from the village of “Khaziyana Tahtani” in the district of “Mobata / Ma’batli”, was killed on the day before yesterday, Tuesday, the twentieth of July, after a fight with gunmen in the Sumac field belonging to him, according to Human Rights Organization in Afrin.

After the martyr “Ismail” went to his land in the village to harvest the sumac crop, he was surprised by the presence of a group of armed men stealing the crop, and he quarreled with them, but they insulted him and expelled him from his land, which led to his death from grief.

The martyr “Ismail Alo Ismail” is a resident of the “ Jenderes” district in the 16th Street west of Souq Al-Hal.

The militants of the Turkish occupation and the Muslim Brotherhood, who call themselves the “Syrian National Army / Free Army”, commit repeated violations against the elderly Kurds clinging to the land of their fathers and grandfathers in the occupied Kurdish Afrin region in northern Syria.

On May 25, 2020, the second day of Eid Al-Fitr, the elderly Afrini, Nazmi Rashid Akkash, 64-year-old, from Musakah village, Raju district, was martyred as a result of a heart attack after a quarrel with settlers because they were tending their flock in his olive field.
